At Divoom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pixel art gadgets and audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@divoom.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
